[mythtv-users] lircd not starting on boot

Managed to get lirc running on boot up.  Turns out I missed a step in
the how to doco.  There is an update to /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit that
fixes the problem and ensures that everything loads in the right order
to keep lirc happy.
