You'd create a user job.  If you can create a file using ffmpeg (using
some incantation that would work for your phone), you can put it in a
script that would put the file in a separate directory.  Then you can
copy it to your phone or SD card.  I've currently got scripts that
create files for both my Treo 650 and my PSP.  There's also a script
that does it for the iPod.  (Scripts like these should probably be on
the wiki...)
