Dave,

Thanks for the list. I just checked the e4 id in it and it's the id which
was skipped when grabbing channels for being incorrect.

I'll have to try and find out where to get the new ids as they come out. I'd
be happy to maintain such a list for those of us in the UK. Perhaps it is in
the xmltv source?
