[mythtv-users] DPI Question

*Today I was finallyable to upgrade Nvidia drivers, Alsa, kernel,etc.
So, I can finally adjust my DPI in xorg.conf

I measured out the TV, came up with 49*27.5 inches.

Now, I basically need to have a 1760x990 (X reports 1760x1008) modline in order to see all of the desktop on TV.
This led me to believe that the actual DPI of the TV is somewhere around 39x39.  I set that, and the only noticable differnece for me is that I had to enlarge fonts in order to read them.  

My question is, will it be better to use this 39x39 DPI, as this way all information makes it to TV, or would it be better to comment out line and let the DPI defalut back to 75x75?
