It was one of the first things to go into the svn mainline after 0.19
was released.  This is why it is so trivial to patch 0.19 with dvb
radio support.  Also, the changes only affect the backend.  If you
have separate frontends, they can continue running unmodified 0.19
releases.  If you upgrade to svn, chances are, you'll have to upgrade
all your machines to svn.

My backend is running Debian testing on an Athlon (k7).  I've built
and use some dvb radio enabled packages optimised for Athlon.  They
are available here ...

Hopefully some people will find them useful.  Don't expect them to
work for any other cpu type!
