OK, this is my fault.  I didn't use the standard ProgramInfo::GetCutlist inside
mythcommflag so when the cutlist moved to recordedmarkup, my code broke. :(

I'll have this fixed in SVN head tonight.

Sorry for the confusion.  After I commit the fix, you'll be able to use --getcutlist the same
way you can use --getskiplist.
