[mythtv-users] Upgraded to .19 and only get static

no.  i only updated the myth debs.  IVTV is still at 0.2.0.  I tried cat
/dev/video0 > test.mpg and get the static there as well.  I have tried using
ivtvctl -p and changing it to the various inputs and still get static.
