I have always wanted to do this.  I have a ppc-6700 that runs on Pocket PC 5 
and had high speed ev-do.  I can schedual recordings and delete recordings 
etc.. from this phone, but no streaming is going to happen.  I do use orb on 
my windows machine and it is awesome.  I wish there was a way to integrate 
somehting that would convert livetv or even recorded shows on the fly to a 
compatible format and lower the bitrate based on connection speed from the 
server and the client like orb.  Anyways, not willing to use windows stuff 
for tv so I will wait until orb makes a linux port.:)
