Just wanted to add a little information that makes this even stranger.
As I was typing the last message I realized that NCIS was supposed to be
recording. I tried to go to mythweb, which I was just using 10 minutes
before, and now it isn't responding. Checked the backend log again, and
it's scrolling the message: Waiting for thread.

I restarted the backend and NCIS started recording and mythweb started
working.

What's really strange is this:
1) I recorded CSI: Miami after 24 had already stopped recording and it
appears to be complete (see in the log above)

2) I used mythweb today several times.

3) I just watched the first part of 24 using a remote frontend.

So the backend wasn't completely dead, at least it wasn't yet. I'm
wondering if one of my tuners, 350 and a 250, was really the problem.
Would make sense that it died part way through 24, yet CSI: Miami still
recorded on the other tuner. It might have been the same tuner that was
supposed to record NCIS. Also not sure why restarting the backend seemed
to clear it up.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks,
James
