It does do commercial flagging, so I am sure it is set to be on, but I
will double check that.  It is jsut that it takes days to do, even
when the CPU is mainly idle, whereas on my previous .18 box (which had
a sub 1 ghz CPU), it would start within 15 minutes of the show being
over.

Also, I only have 1 backend (combined with a FE).
