Axel has graciously re-added mythstream back to the atrpms system.

# smart update
# smart install mythstream
# cd /home/mythtv/.mythtv
# cp /usr/share/mythtv/media_settings.xml .
# cp /usr/share/mythtv/library.xml .
# nano media_settings.xml
        <button>
            <type>STREAM</type>
            <text>Stream settings</text>
            <action>CONFIGPLUGIN mythstream</action>
            <depends>mythstream</depends>
        </button>
# nano library.xml
        <button>
            <type>STREAM</type>
            <text>Play Internet Streams</text>
            <action>PLUGIN mythstream</action>
            <depends>mythstream</depends>
        </button>


You don't even need to restart anything, just go to the menu.
