It's unlikely that you're going to receive all SD channels availble in 
your lineup; it's very likely that you'll get SD versions of the 
broadcast channels you have in your area.

For example, in my lineup (Comcast Chicago), they provide HD and SD 
versions of all the channels that are broadcast OTA in my area. 
However, since I don't have HDTV capable frontends, I made sure that I 
assigned the SD channels to the same XMLTV id's and channel numbers that 
my PVR-150 cards have.  I did raise the priority of those versions of 
the channels, so CBS on my Dvico Fusion 5 Lite card is preferred over 
CBS from the PVR-150, etc.
