Even with that option enabled, which I do, the backend will still take over
the input if that is what the scheduler defined the last time it did its
thing.  I was hoping maybe .19 would improve the behavior somewhat.  I
haven't upgraded yet from .18.  When the backend goes to start a recording,
it could look to see which encoders were available and if another encoder
was available and the channel lineup was the same, it would just use the
other encoder instead of taking over Live TV.
