[mythtv-users] 0.19 and manual recording

Thanks Michael, nicely sorted thanks to the info in those links.

Had two problems, the channel change script, and the configuration for
the channel itself was contradictory (multiple conflicting copies, most
likely as a result of me trying to fix problem 1 :)
