What about [9233] ( http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/changeset/9233 ) and 
possibly [9243] ( http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/changeset/9243 )?  Would 
they make the scheduler more reliable for 0.19 users with MySQL 5?  
Should they be in release-0-19-fixes?
