At the ACM at UIUC office we run Tunez [http://tunez.sourceforge.net/]. It 
was written by a former member and is great because we require multiple 
user support so different people can vote for what they what to hear. 
The last release on sourceforge is from 2004, which is still pretty good 
IMHO. I run this at my apartment, and everyone can queue up what they 
want. Tunez just calls mpg123, or you can use icecast v1 or v2.
