It (technically, imdb.pl--not MythVideo) does on some.  See 
http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/1311 and 
http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/1405 for open imdb.pl tickets.  Note 
that even with imdb.pl.patch, I found it missed several posters, but I 
haven't yet made time to debug it.
