[mythtv-users] Remote control key sequence not-recognized

I've got a remote I got from a Satellite DVB card.  I remember that I
made it work correctly in 0.18 but when I tried to set it up again in
0.19, the key binding doesn't work.

The remote has a simple USB infrared and acts like a keyboard (I can
use in grub to select which kernel I want to boot).

Volume down : ^[[2B
Volume up : ^[[2A

They both show as CTRL-[square] when I try to bind them and they
conflicts together.

Anyway around that?
