[mythtv-users] Low volume on second PVR-150

I guess I'm pretty sure the "low volume" card is the second (new) card. 
    In fact, the OSD displays the label "second card", which I assigned 
to what I thought was the second card in mythtv-setup. The only reason 
I'm slightly confused is because MythTV seems to be using the second 
card as the default card for LiveTV. The obvious solution seems to be to 
reverse the cards in their slots, but this is just guessing without 
really understanding what's going on.  Why would Myth use the second 
(new) card as the default for LiveTV?  Or what am I missing?
