[mythtv-users] air2pc + HD3000 not working together

Ubuntu kernels have been good from 2.6.13, I think.

I'm pretty sure the message you posted relates to too old a kernel or
inproperly compiled dvb.

As for where to put the firmware my system is /lib/firmware/[kernel name]/
your's may differ but it's a quick place to check.
