The PVR-150 is a pretty good card. At $99, I managed to snag a pretty
decent card that has been more than satisfactory.

I don't think any of the hardware encoders do real-time
deinterlacing. Using my XBox as a front-end, I've never had a problem
with Myth's on-board deinterlacing filters.
