If you're talking about the one in the screenshots section ( 
http://mythtv.sf.net/mc/thumbs/thmb-liquidtvmenu.png ), I haven't seen 
that theme around.  I doubt if it's been updated for the new features of 
Myth, so unless you feel like theme hacking, you probably can't use it.

The best place to look for currently usable themes is

Of course, if you do feel like theme hacking, you could make your own 
Liquid theme--and make sure it doesn't suck.  ;)
