[mythtv-users] Ghost channel

I've noticed that some of my recordings are not "sticking". The shows show
up in the log but then are nowhere to be found either as files or through
frontend.
I the log I see:

The time difference is 1 hour as it should be and there is nothing else
about this recording in the log. All other recording show up just find.

The strange line is "Could not find channel 69_1 in TVCT". I have no 69_1
channel and as a matter of fact all my HD channels are named with a dot. The
channel in question is actually 10.1 so it's not even close. From mysql:

I'm wondering where this 69_1 comes from? What table? I'm pretty sure this
is why this channel is screwed up.
