0.19 will keep MPEG files labelled as .mpg (whereas 0.18 laballed
everything as .nuv).  This means that any card which outputs an MPEG2
stream (Hauppauge PVR, DVB cards, etc) will result in a .mpg file.
However, if you are doing any transcoding on the files (other than the
new lossles MPEG2 transcoding) then the output from that will, once
again, be a .nuv file (as it's no longer in MPEG2 format).
