It's certainly not a threat to life and limb, "radiation" has
negative connotations but what I'm referring to is "leakage" of RF
energy that could cause interference with various communications
services.
If it doesn't cause you trouble in your own household then you're
likely to be OK, as any neighbors who experienced problems would
probably not be able to figure out what was causing the trouble.
But technically it is a violation of FCC part 15 regulations, but so
are most of the metal cases sold to modders.
That was a typo BTW, I meant to say "CB" and not "CD".
