[mythtv-users] Missing channels worse, now all channels on pvr-250 blank

My problem with the channel list on my latest (today's svn) version
grows worse.   Based on advice, I deleted all tuner cards and all
channel lineups and recreated them.   Got the same result (several
channels still missing from cable lineup for pvr-250 tuner, dvb
hdtv3000 is fine) but it's much worse.  Now many channels on the pvr-250
will not tune.  When attempting to record, it reports blank entries,
even though it knows the numbers (both human and internal tuner)

However, right now I know the freqid in the channel table is null for
these channels, mostly the cable channels.  (However I have checked
and the frequncy table for the source is still set at us-cable)


(To top things off I generated a problem in ivtv interfering with the
cx8800.ko module but I don't think it's causing this.)
