[mythtv-users] How to import custom icons for channel line-up

The channel table in the database has an icon column. You could also create
your own, updated, master_iconmap.xml file with updates to use your own URL
and icons. As long as you never 'mythfilldatabase --reset-icon-map all' just
editing the table should work well though.
