There was actually an article in the smh about what ninemsn is doing
to prevent people scraping. Suing IceTV (A company that charges for
programs), and sending cease and desist to people who write scraping
software/scripts.

A quote from the article:
"Ninemsn last week added a new level of encryption to its TV guide in
an attempt to fight the hackers. But the Media Centre community
cracked Nine's code in a couple of hours."
