Hi Mike:

The ordering is set to "Channel (numerical)".

If I open the mythweb/settings/channels page, I can see two columns with
numbers for the channels, one called "channum" and one "freqid". The channum
values are the values that I have set manually in the mythtv-setup,
representing the order I would like to have for zapping (after tuning, those
were random, among them some very high numbers).

The column "frequid" is empty except for the rows of the useless channels that
have been added by the tv_grab_de_tvtoday script.

Can you confirm that the ordering by "Channel (numerical)" uses the channum
field?

As I said in a former post, I am pretty sure now that the loss of the order
happened when I modified the channels list in mythweb (I flagged a number of
channels as commercial free and saved).

Thanks for your support!

	Matthias
