It's basically working for me although I have found one entry that's messed
up. You can see it was the "Spanish News" which was originally entered
before they changed things again:

removing existing program: queensland.sbs.com.au Spanish News
2006-06-19T08:30:00 - 2006-06-19T09:20:00
inserting new program    : queensland.sbs.com.au a s#2C-10Ldwlhsf$3CRp_$3Aa%
Mon Jun 19 08:30:00 2006 - Mon Jun 19 09:20:00 2006

Don't seem to be having any problems with spaces on the end of subtitles. I
getting a lot of these messages though:

bad data inside programme element, not writing
sub-title element: stripping trailing whitespace from value 'Battle Of The
Brains: Part Two ' for sub-title at
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.6/XMLTV.pm line 1725, <> line 1
