[mythtv-users] Can't record first program shown on BBC3

I'm using 0.18.1 with 5 minute pre roll (or whatever Myth calls it).  I have
found that Myth won't record the first program aired on BBC3.  I suspect
this is because there is no signal or stream present 5 minutes before time
and that the recording process therefore bombs.
 
Is this still an issue in latest version?
