[mythtv-users] frontend always sets ugly XV settings on Mac Mini

Thanks, but I don't want to change them. They are perfect when the
Xserver starts. I currently commented out the line which applies the
settings in VideoOutputXv::SetPictureAttribute(), but I'll try if I can
set sane defaults using the F key.
