According to the MythArchive python script, a reasonable selection for
NTSC image sizes would be:

352x480
352x480
720x480
352x240

The bit rates shouldn't need adjustment for the small difference in image
resolution (see  http://www.mediachance.com/dvdlab/tutorial/bitrate.html
for example)
