That means they're NuppelVideo files with either RTJPEG or MPEG-4 video 
inside.  How they became NuppelVideo you'd have to answer.  If you 
record with a frame grabber (i.e. bttv or saa7134 or ... card), Myth 
records to NuppelVideo.  If you have a hardware encoder (i.e. a PVR-x50 
or Plextor ConvertX or ...), Myth records MPEG, so you'd have to 
transcode to make it a NuppelVideo file.
