[mythtv-users] Why does MythVideo require /dev/dvd?

I've run into this before.

 If the internal player cannot find the file, it attempts to play /dev/dvd.
I'll look into it and see if I can fix this behaviour. it should just exit
with an error.

I did a test. For my test the  show in the dvd drive is a season 1 of a tv
series. I deleted a small iso called language_test2.iso from my video
library.  But didn't delete it from the myth database. I then attempted to
play it.

Here's the mythfrontend -v playback output.
