[mythtv-users] Increase Max. Wait for Recording time?

Hi,
I have a bit of a peculiar setup:
I want to power off my computer (both the backend and
frontend) when it is not in use, but ACPI alarm and
nvram-wakeup aren't working for me. My BIOS (Dell
Dimension 8200) does support automatic wakeup from its
configuration screen, however.

What I'd like to do is this: the machine powers on
once a day and checks to see if there are any
recordings within the next 24 hours. If there are, it
stays on, records the show, and shuts down.
Otherwise, it just shuts down a few minutes after it
powered up. If the user turns the computer on they
have would have 10 minutes to start the frontend or
the computer shuts down. Using mythwelcome and
mythtv's startup/shutdown options this seems like it
should be pretty straightforward -- however, when I
tried to set the "Max. Wait for Recording" time in
mythtv-setup (I want it to be 24 hours -- 1440
minutes) it wouldn't allow anything over 120 minutes.
Is there a way to override this? Mabye inject the
time directly into the database or something? Or am I
approaching this problem completely wrong way?

Thanks for your help!
Andy
