Best approach is to download the source deb for mythtv and look in  
mythtv-0.19xxx/debian/rules. That's where the packager configures  
myth. Or, for a real package you can copy the debian directory to the  
source tree of 0.19-fixes and do a dpkg-buildpackage and then dpkg -i.

On the other hand, I thought the debian packages were based on - 
fixes. I don't keep close track.
