See if you can find my huge posting from last Monday. 
I just set it up and documented all the steps, albeit
somewhat briefly.

It wasn't very difficult.  the reason why the email
was so long was because I kept solving the problems,
as they each arose, before I could finish transcribing
my posting.  In the end I had a huge post documenting
the various problems and how I overcame them.  I
decided to post it anyway in case it helped someone
else.

With hindsight I may have goofed and used a slightly
old version of mythstreamtv, but it works and I'm
pretty happy.
