You need to set up an external channel changing script that changes the 
channel on the Satellite box either using a direct serial connection or 
an IR blaster or some kind of device like that.  This will keep the Sat 
channel in sync with the channel that Myth wants it to be on for a 
recording.  Your logs indicate that Myth is trying to tune your capture 
hardware to channel 295 which is incorrect as it needs to remain on 
channel 3.  Configuring an external channel changing script and putting 
it into mythtv-setup will fix that.
