[mythtv-users] playback/livetv always goes windows, want full screen

Hi,

I have all of my settings to do playback and livetv, as far as I know,
in full screen mode.  Under the utilities/settings i do not have it set
to run the frontend in windowed mode.  I have everything set to 0 to be
automatic, however I've tried setting 1680x1050 manually, and the same
thing happens.

I am running fvwm as my window manager.
