[mythtv-users] Missing channel and freqid = NULL problem

I have the same issue with SVN revision 10482.  I put together a  
quick script to query all the channum fields and set the freq based  
on that for all rows in the channel table, so there's at least a fix.

I'm still having channel up/down issues that I feel are also related  
to the channel table, but I'm still tracking that down.   Whenever I  
change up/down it goes to my last channel, or my second channel.   
Changing by inputting the channel number or using the program guide  
works fine; it's just the channel up/down keys.
