As of today there is no such thing. The standard has not been approved.

There are various manufacturers selling "pre-N" devices based on  
preliminary versions of the proposed standards. There is no guarantee  
of interoperability between these devices, and no guarantee that they  
will be upgradable to the actual standard once it is approved.

Unless you have a pressing need for what one of these devices can  
demonstrably do (and the reviews range from "no change" to minor  
improvements) I would hold off until the actual standard is approved.

Having said that, it looks like the improvements will be mostly in  
what are at present "marginal" reception situations. In other words  
two devices sitting next to each other will see little improvement  
but very distant units that are presently getting poor rates will see  
maeked improvements.
