Glad to be of assistance.

However, I'm not sure this is the optimal configuration for MythTV.  It
seems very easy for Myth to lose the keyboard and mouse focus to another
window on my primary display (my LCD monitor, which is X display :0.0; my
TV-out is display :0.1).  Since Myth hides the mouse cursor, it's sometimes
hard to get the focus back into the Myth window.  Sounds like other folks
may have this problem licked, though ...
