Thanks, someone sent me a copy of an older version (097) from that page 
and I put a copy at
http://www.halfdone.com/Offsite/jogibear-mythstreamtv-097.tar.bz2

If anyone has a newer version I can host that too. This one does not 
seem to support my current install (mythtv-0.19-129.rhfc4.at / 
mythweb-0.19-77.at).
