[mythtv-users] NVP: Couldn't find a matching decoder for:

Hello,

I am setting up MythTV under Ubuntu 6.06.  I have run into numerous obstacles, but I have made good progress.  My latest issue has me stumped and I do not know how to go about resolving it.

I seem to be able to record, but if I try to watch live tv or playback the recording, I get the error;

 NVP: Couldn't find a matching decoder for: rbuf://127.0.0.1:6543/var/cache/mythtv//ringbuf1.nuv
2006-07-08 12:23:02.624 Changing from None to WatchingLiveTV
2006-07-08 12:23:02.625 Decoder not alive, and trying to play..

I have a Haupauge 350 card.

Here are the packages I have installed.

Any ideas from anyone on how to correct or track down the cause?
