[mythtv-users] Quick nuvexport question (encoding time)

Did you turn off denoise?  This would be a killer with 1080i.  Yup,
looking at your ps line below, that's definitely the problem.

.29 is pretty slow.  6-12 is average for a fast machine with denoise
disabled.
