okay i removed what looked like a duplicate fiel for i386.   I was going to
do a yum remove alsa* then a reinstall but it would have romoved 266 other
packages and i didn't want to do that...so now i tried watching live tv
again...with the same result in sounds...this is what the mythfrontend says
as it's starts LIveTV
