   Have you done a full cold/unplug-the-computer reboot?

   I don't know of any test utils for the PVR-350, but if you look through the 
Fedora MythTV HOW-TO <http://wilsonet.com/mythtv/fcmyth.php> you'll find some 
generic commandline-level tests to see if IVTV and the PVR-350 are working.
