Hello,

I have been receiving some odd errors on my master backend lately. It is
running a checkout of SVN that is roughly two - four weeks old. Before
jumping the gun and updating to HEAD, I wanted to see if someone could
explain what the errors I was getting were. Here is a snippet from my
/var/log/mythtv/mythtv-backend.log

originally thought it could be because the ethernet adapter was multihomed
(I ran a network on 192.168.6.* and 192.168.1.* - but thats another story),
but this still occurs with the extra ethernet alias disabled on the master
backend.

On a slave backend, I recieved the following error, making me think the
crash actually happened sooner (@ 1:05).

          2006-07-06 01:05:06.825 MythSocket(68eee0:-1): writeStringList:
> Error, called with unconnected socket.

Could anyone settle why something like this may be occuring?

Thanks,
