[mythtv-users] sound works for some files not others?

Hi again

Check also the crc of the firmware files. If you use the wrong version it
can be a little buggy (loses sound etc)

 Use the recommended

   - In particular, if you are experiencing sound problems then first
   make sure you are using the correct audio firmware. It is a known problem
   with older versions that the audio standard is detected but remains muted.
   It seems to be fixed with the latest firmware.
